Description
A Marquis by Waterford crystal brandy balloon set in the Hanover Gold pattern, comprising matching glasses featuring a rounded bowl decorated with a horizontal band of oval thumbprint cuts above deep, tapering vertical mitre cuts. Each glass is finished with a Gold rim and stands on a short, multi-faceted stem with a central knop, terminating in a flat, circular foot. The collection is housed in its original blue storage box, which bears a white printed rectangle containing the text MARQUIS by WATERFORD CRYSTAL. The crystal is clear and free from cloudiness.
Height: 13.5 cm.
Condition report:
The glasses are in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or flea bites to the rims or feet. The gold rims show no evidence of rubbing or loss (photo 3). The crystal remains clear throughout. The original cardboard box shows light wear and scuffing to the edges and corners (photo 1).
