Description
A collection of vintage porcelain and metal vanity items housed in a red rectangular tin. The assortment features a circular porcelain box with a transfer-printed winged cherub lid and a hinged brass rim. Included are souvenir porcelain boxes depicting the Fontana di Trevi and Piazza S. Pietro in Rome, alongside a rectangular box featuring a cathedral scene. The collection also comprises a porcelain box decorated with a blue and white scale pattern and hand-painted roses, a black box with gilt scrollwork, and a floral needlepoint-style rectangular box. Small metal items include an Onyx lidded circular pill box, a rectangular case with a black crocodile-effect insert, a polished metal mirrored case, and a brass shaker with a pierced lid. Also present is a ceramic figurine of a pig in a bucket and a cardboard box of Rolls Razor Strop Dressing. The cardboard box is printed with the text Rolls Razor Strop Dressing For All Razor Strops Made In England London N.W.2. The metal souvenir boxes are inscribed with Roma – Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza S. Pietro.

Condition report:
The porcelain items appear in good condition with minor gilt wear to the rims (photo 1). The red storage tin shows significant surface oxidation, scratches, and wear throughout the interior and exterior (photo 1). The cardboard Rolls Razor box exhibits age-related yellowing and wear to the edges (photo 3). Minor tarnish is visible on the metal boxes (photo 2).
