Description
An aluminium and moulded plastic metal detector comprising an adjustable aluminium shaft, an ergonomic handgrip with upper arm support cuff, and a circular open-frame search coil. The upper control housing is finished in yellow plastic and features a front panel marked MYLEK XR PLUS. The reverse control face is equipped with an analogue sensitivity meter displaying a colour-coded red and green scale, rotary dials for DISC and VOLUME, a red AUTO TUNE button, an EAR headphone socket, and a LOW BATT indicator light. The detector is accompanied by the original paper user manual marked MYLEK Metal Detector MYMD1062.
Condition report:
The unit shows light surface scuffing and dust accumulation across the yellow housing and lower search coil consistent with moderate use (photo 1). The control panel face displays minor surface handling marks (photo 2). The accompanying user manual is creased with visible handling wear to the paper (photo 3).
