Description
A scent bottle pendant crafted from silver-coloured metal. The pendant features a polished teardrop-shaped body with an ornate neck and shoulder decorated with filigree-style patterns and granulation. It is set with several light blue cabochons, including a larger stone atop the removable stopper and smaller matching stones set around the neck. The pendant is suspended from two loops on the shoulder by a matching silver-coloured cable link chain. The chain is fitted with a circular spring ring clasp. The lot is accompanied by a shell-shaped presentation box with a hinged lid, possibly mother-of-pearl or a synthetic equivalent. No hallmarks, maker’s marks, or characters are visible on the pendant or the chain.
Condition report:
The item shows signs of age-appropriate wear, including surface scratches on the polished body of the pendant and moderate tarnish throughout the metalwork. The light blue cabochons appear to be intact and securely set. The stopper is present and removable. The presentation box shows minor wear to the exterior and interior.
