Description
A large statement necklace featuring a bold cross pendant constructed from silver-tone white metal. The pendant is inset with seven turquoise-coloured cabochons, including a central circular stone and six rectangular stones arranged along the arms. The metalwork features decorative beading and textured borders, with a radiating sunburst-style pattern on the reverse. The pendant is suspended from a circular textured ring which connects to a chunky Rolo-style link chain. Two additional circular turquoise-coloured stones are set into decorative mounts within the chain assembly. The necklace is secured by a lobster claw clasp and includes a short extender chain. No hallmarks, maker’s marks, or signatures are discernible on the pendant or clasp. The item is housed in a vintage-style black leatherette jewellery box with a white satin-lined interior.
Pendant length: approximately 7.5cm.
Condition report:
The item appears to be in very good condition. There is no visible damage to the turquoise-coloured stones or the metalwork. The lobster claw clasp and extender chain are in good working order.
