Description
A mid-20th century circular silver pendant depicting the zodiac sign Gemini. The obverse features a central relief of two figures representing the twins, positioned within a recessed field and surrounded by an engine-turned border with a diagonal faceted pattern. The reverse is plain and bears two small struck marks near the top; one mark is within a circular punch and the second is within a small rectangular punch. The specific characters or symbols within these marks are not clearly discernible. The item is fitted with a simple loop bail for suspension.
Condition report:
The pendant is in good vintage condition. It exhibits moderate surface wear, fine scratches, and overall tarnishing and patina consistent with age and use.
