Description
A collection of five assorted soft toys and hand puppets. The group includes an artist-designed jointed teddy bear in curly brown plush, featuring a stitched nose and plastic eyes; it bears a fabric label to the foot with text ending in OWSKI DESIGN, attributed to Borkowski Design. Also present is a vintage-style tan teddy bear with jointed limbs and a pointed snout. The lot includes a cream shaggy dog toy in a recumbent pose with a dark tuft of hair on the tail. Additionally, there are two plush hand puppets of the British television characters Sooty and Sweep. Sooty is rendered in yellow plush with black ears and retains a red cardboard sales tag. Sweep is a grey dog puppet with long black ears and a red felt tongue. Construction materials include plush fabric, plastic, and felt.
Condition report:
The items are in used, played-with condition. The cream dog toy displays significant wear and matting to the long-pile fur. The jointed bears show general surface wear consistent with age. The hand puppets are in fair condition, with the Sooty tag showing minor creasing. No original boxes are present.
