Description
A varied group of vintage and modern toys, games, and novelty items. The collection features a Margaret Thatcher Maggie Nut Cracker novelty figure produced by Jam, presented in its original cardboard packaging designed as No. 10 Downing Street. Also included is a Yamaha soprano recorder in black plastic with its original yellow vinyl carry case marked German. The lot contains two board games: Play That Tune, a musical game featuring kazoos in its original box, and a wooden star-shaped puzzle game by Lagoon Games in a clear plastic case. A clear bag of Topps American NFL Football trading cards with the original header card is present. The collection includes two robots: a large articulated transforming-style figure in white and grey plastic, and a smaller white and red robot with binocular-style eyes. Plush and doll items consist of a tuxedo cat with a tag for Center Street Design dated 1999, a vinyl baby doll with large blue eyes and a pink bow, a fashion doll with red hair in a pink jumpsuit, and a small miniature figurine of a Viking character.
Condition report:
Items are in varied, play-worn condition. The Margaret Thatcher nutcracker box shows edge wear, creasing, and small tears to the cardboard. The large robot figure displays significant surface speckling and dust across the white plastic surfaces. The recorder and games are untested for functionality and completeness. The yellow recorder case shows some surface discolouration. General surface wear and dust are consistent with age and use across the dolls and plush toys.
