Description
A mid-20th-century miniature toy doll’s pram, possibly of British or European origin, accompanied by a small doll. The pram is constructed from pressed tinplate with a blue painted finish, featuring a rounded hood design and four simple metal wheels. The included doll features a bisque or porcelain head with painted facial features and reddish-brown synthetic hair. The doll is dressed in a white fabric gown with a black bow detail and a green fabric bonnet. There are no visible manufacturer’s marks or stamps on either item.
Condition report:
The item is in played-with, vintage condition. The pram shows significant signs of age and wear, including extensive paint loss, scuffing, and surface oxidation or rust particularly to the edges, interior, and wheels. The wheels remain functional but show stiffness due to oxidation. The doll is in fair condition with visible age-related wear and light staining to the fabric clothing.
