Description
An assortment of bottle accessories, including two glazed porcelain character pourers, a ceramic fruit-form stopper, and a cast metal equestrian stopper. The two porcelain pourers are in the style of mid-20th century German Schnapsnase barware, featuring hand-painted male heads with open mouths designed for pouring spirits. One figure is depicted with a red hat and blue necktie, while the other represents a bearded man in a green Tyrolean-style hat with a visible air-vent hole to the reverse. Both are mounted on natural cork bases. The collection also contains a glazed ceramic stopper modelled as a purple fig or aubergine with yellow and green accents, fitted with a white plastic collar and an orange synthetic base. The final item is a bronze-tone cast metal stopper featuring a detailed figure of a horse and rider on a natural cork. No maker marks or stamps are visible on any of the pieces.
Condition report:
The collection is in good overall condition. The porcelain and ceramic elements are free from visible chips, cracks, or restoration. The natural corks exhibit some age-related compression and wear consistent with use. The metal and synthetic components remain intact.
