Description
Vintage poultry shears constructed from polished stainless steel. The design features curved blades, with one blade being serrated and the other having a smooth, sharp edge. The shears incorporate a central coil spring between the handles and a swinging locking latch at the base for secure closure. The pivot consists of a slotted screw and nut assembly. The item is stamped with Rostfrei on the upper handle near the pivot, indicating German manufacture.
Condition report:
The shears are in good used condition with light surface scuffs and minor scratches consistent with age and domestic use. The spring and locking mechanism are intact and appear to be fully functional.
