Description
An assortment of vintage cigarette lighters of various styles and finishes, housed in a wooden Clubmaster SUPERIOR cigarillo box by Handelsgold. The collection includes a novelty boat-shaped lighter in green and white, a gold-toned keychain lighter featuring a blue cylindrical body with a bird motif, and a gold-toned lighter inset with a reproduction 1870 EMPIRE FRANCAIS coin. One silver-toned rectangular lighter is marked with the word Streamline on the front, while another features a printed landscape scene and is marked MADE IN JAPAN on its base. Other items in the group include plain, engine-turned, and textured leatherette-wrapped lighters in various metallic finishes. The pieces are constructed from metal alloys, some with plated or enamelled finishes.
Condition report:
The pieces show signs of age-related use, including surface scratches, tarnishing, and minor oxidation. Some wear is visible to the decorative finishes and printed motifs.
