Description
This lot comprises a diverse collection of horological and personal items. The pocket watches include a Smiths silver-tone open-face model with a black dial and white Arabic numerals; a Ravel gold-tone hunter-case watch with a white dial; a Radiance silver-tone open-face watch marked Bon Marche Paris; and two smaller gold-tone pocket watches. The wristwatches feature an Ingersoll vintage-style watch with a cream dial and brown leather strap; a Rotary gold-tone dress watch with a mesh strap and date aperture; a stone-set Michael Kors bi-colour bracelet watch with the bezel and dial markers set with colourless stones; a Michael Kors silver-tone bracelet watch; and further assorted ladies’ wristwatches in gold and silver-tone finishes. Associated collectibles include a Ronson gas lighter with a red leather-clad body, reference MC P 107045, in its original presentation box; a multi-strand silver-tone necklace with two large drop-style faux pearls, presented in a red velvet-lined box by E. Bloomfield of 7 Princes St, London; a pair of bi-colour interlocking metal links; a bronze-tone medallion depicting a golfing scene in a blue plastic case; and a small painted figurine of a soldier in a white uniform.
Condition report:
The items show various degrees of surface wear, tarnish, and signs of use consistent with age. The Ronson lighter box shows some internal staining and age-related wear. All timepieces and mechanical items are sold as untested and their working order is not guaranteed.
