Description
An assortment of vintage collectibles and decorative miniatures of international origin. The collection includes a handcrafted Alastor Enamels lidded trinket box in a blue velvet-lined presentation case, featuring a fairy or ballerina illustration on the lid. Also included is a vintage Peter mantle clock in a cream-coloured composite case with floral decorations and a niche containing a small figurine. A secondary timepiece is a silver-toned metal rabbit figurine with an inset clock face.
Militaria and souvenir items include a wooden Royal Canadian Mounted Police crest with laser-etched bison head and motto, and a clear plastic display case containing approximately 25 enamel lapel pins featuring various motifs including Disney characters and European architectural landmarks. Currency storage is represented by a green textured metal money box from the Cassa Di Risparmio Di Trieste, founded in 1842.
The collection features multiple sets of hand-painted Russian Matryoshka dolls with floral motifs. Decorative glass and metal miniatures include a multicoloured glass toucan, a penguin, a bird-shaped Hanukkah menorah, and various silver-toned metal dog figurines. Barware accessories include a stag-head bottle stopper and several chrome, cork, and wood variants. The items generally appear to be in good vintage condition, showing some surface wear, dust, and age-related patina consistent with age. The Tondeuse Le Coiffeur cardboard box shows shelf wear and edge rubbing. The wood music box lid is hinged and functional. The enamel on the Alastor box appears intact without visible chips. Timepieces are untested for mechanical functionality.
