Description
A collection of automotive ephemera and memorabilia relating to various manufacturers including Fiat, Mercedes-Benz, Rover, and Honda. The printed materials consist of black-and-white and colour press photographs, brochures, and technical diagrams dating from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Fiat subjects include promotional images for the Panda 4×4, a chassis and drivetrain diagram for the same model, as well as prints featuring the Fiat 126 and Regata 70 Citymatic. Mercedes-Benz items include promotional material for the M-Class and the A-Class Special Edition A+, dated April 2002. Also present is a 1998 Honda promotional image. The collection features three dimensional items including a silver-tone model of a Mini Cooper on a wooden plinth, a silver-tone vintage tourer model on a black base, and a miniature desk clock set within a wood-rimmed steering wheel frame.
Condition report:
Generally good condition. Paper items exhibit light handling wear, occasional minor creasing, and some age-related toning consistent with period press materials. The silver-tone models and clock show light surface oxidation and minor scuffing to the bases.
