Description
An extensive and diverse assortment of vintage decorative items, instruments, and curiosities contained within a large woven wicker picnic hamper with leather strap handles. Notable contents include a Zeiss Ikon Ikophot light meter in a fitted tan leather case, a small hexagonal wooden box decorated with intricate geometric micro-mosaic style inlay, and a cast pewter-style donkey figurine featuring lidded panniers. The collection also includes a brass owl figurine, several vintage lighters including a chrome-finished table lighter and a pocket lighter, a silver-plated lidded box, and a commemorative coin. Ephemera and packaging items present include a vintage Potter’s brand tin and a black textile item featuring a red and gold crest with the text PRESIDENT 1986. Further items comprise a soldier figurine in dress uniform, a historical black-faced caricature figure, a small leather pouch with applied silver-coloured horse motifs, a large clear glass or crystal egg, a floral ceramic cup, and a wooden mallet.
