Condition report:
The item shows signs of age and service wear. The exterior Bakelite case exhibits minor surface scuffing and accumulated dust. The internal sighting mirror shows significant desilvering and cloudiness around the perimeter. The brass thumb ring retains its original form but shows signs of surface oxidation. The mechanical hinge appears functional. Magnetic accuracy and the state of any internal damping fluid have not been tested. Luminous paint markings are likely inactive due to the age of the instrument.
