Lot 64:
Description
This collection consists of three decorative objects of British and European origin. The first item is a hand-blown art glass bowl in a mid-blue colour, featuring a free-form tri-lobed design with three pulled peaks at the rim, reminiscent of the splash-style glass produced in Murano. The second item is a detailed miniature architectural model titled Cumbrian Cottage, modelled by Caroline Parker for Albany Fine China Ltd England. The model features textured stone-effect walls, a slate-effect roof, and green-painted doors and window frames, set into a rustic cold-cast resin base with an inset porcelain plaque on the underside. The third item is a painted resin figurine titled Tommy Meadowsweet from the Tales of Honeysuckle Hill series by Regency Fine Arts. The anthropomorphic mouse is depicted in formal Victorian-style attire, including a black top hat, a monocle, a grey overcoat, a blue waistcoat with gold-coloured buttons, and a red bow tie, while holding a blue umbrella. The circular base is marked with the copyright 2002 Ackerman Group PLC and the reference R38378.
Art glass bowl: 25cm width
Cottage model: 10cm length
Mouse figurine: 13cm height.
Condition report:
All three items appear to be in good condition. The glass bowl is free from visible chips, cracks, or significant surface wear. The Cumbrian Cottage and the Tommy Meadowsweet figurine show no signs of structural damage, paint loss, or previous repairs.
