Description
A 1:43 scale die-cast model of the Williams Renault FW16 Formula 1 car, as driven by Damon Hill during the 1994 season. Manufactured by Minichamps for Paul’s Model Art as part of the Heritage Classics series, this model features an authentic team livery from the era. The decoration includes sponsor branding for Renault, Elf, and Segafredo Zanetti, with the driver’s name displayed near the cockpit and the racing number 0 on the rear wing. The vehicle is fitted with Goodyear Eagle tyres and includes a seated driver figure in a helmet styled after Hill’s own design. The model is mounted on a black plastic plinth with a gold-toned identification plaque inscribed 5017, WILLIAMS RENAULT FW16, and Damon HILL. It is housed in a clear acrylic protective display case containing a Heritage Classics certificate of authenticity card, which designates this item as number AO 6292 of a limited edition of 7500 units.
Display case measures approximately 14 cm square.
Condition report:
The item is in excellent condition. The model and its internal components are well-preserved within the original housing. The clear acrylic display case is intact without notable scratches, cracks, or discolouration.
