Description
A collection of miscellaneous vintage personal effects and collectables. The lot includes a brown leather-wrapped hip flask featuring a polished metal screw cap, accompanied by two matching nesting cups in leather sleeves. A brass-toned perpetual desk calendar is present, featuring a roller mechanism currently set to 17 April. Scientific and navigational instruments include a magnifying glass with a dark turned wood handle and a brass-cased compass housed in a hinged wooden presentation box with a yellow foam insert. The collection includes several other storage pieces: a wooden box with a transfer print of Canterbury Cathedral and a small decorative chest featuring floral fabric panels and a metal clasp. A black quilted zip-top bag contains various small items, including a metal mesh purse, silver-toned flatware, and a silver-toned baby rattle with a white ring handle.
