Description
A large Dartington glass bottle vase from the Flora series, designed by Frank Thrower. The vessel is crafted from mould-blown transparent olive green glass. The form consists of a tall cylindrical body with rounded shoulders, a tapering neck, and a wide, flat, everted rim. The front is decorated with a single applied and embossed circular medallion featuring a stylised six-petaled flower. The base is constructed with a deep conical kick and a textured outer rim. The name DARTINGTON is embossed on the outer rim of the base.

Condition report:
The vase is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or significant abrasions to the body or rim. The base shows minor shelf wear consistent with age and use. The glass remains clear and is free from internal clouding.
