Description
A commemorative corporate presentation piece relating to Perkins Engines, featuring a metal-faced wooden printing block for a Perkins Diesels Sales & Service advertisement. The block displays mirrored text and graphics, including the Perkins script logo and bulleted services such as Diesel Spares and Equipment, New Engines, Reconditioned Engines, and Works Trained Personnel. The block is mounted within a navy blue velvet-lined presentation case above a silver-tone plaque. The plaque is inscribed: Presented by R & E Homsi to Roland W. Hotchkin / On The occasion of 30 years of continued collaboration / Experiencing together the Perkins evolution / Aleppo , November 2007. The item is contained within its original blue fabric-covered box with a metal clasp.

Condition report:
The exterior of the fabric-covered box shows minor shelf wear, particularly to the corners and edges. The interior velvet lining remains clean and intact. The silver-tone plaque and metal printing block are in good display condition, with the metal face of the block showing light surface tarnish consistent with age.
