Description
A collection of five art glass paperweights featuring various internal decorative techniques and forms. The group includes a transparent green orb-shaped paperweight with a central bubble and a fountain of controlled bubbles, bearing an acid-etched mark to the base for Caithness Scotland Wayfarer. Also present is a clear glass orb with a cobalt blue base and a symmetrical arrangement of seven large controlled internal bubbles in the bullicante style. A third orb contains a lampwork floral inclusion with red and yellow petals set above a white glass frit base. The collection further includes a rectangular weight with a purple base and a white internal inclusion resembling a jellyfish or lily, and a smaller orb with a green mottled and swirled internal design reminiscent of underwater growth.
Dimensions: ranging from approximately 2 inches to 3.5 inches in height.
Condition report:
Overall good condition showing light surface wear to the bases consistent with age and use. No visible chips, cracks, or restorations are present.
