Description
A Steiff Elmar teddy bear featuring honey-coloured shaggy plush fur and fully jointed limbs. The bear is finished with smooth light-tan fabric pads on the paws and feet. Facial details include black plastic eyes and black hand-stitched thread for the nose and mouth. The original yellow Steiff ear tag is present in the left ear, displaying the red Steiff script and bear head logo above the words Knopf Im Ohr. The tag is secured by a brass-coloured metal button.
Length: approximately 35 cm.
Condition report:
The bear is in good overall condition. The plush fur remains clean and retains its shaggy texture. All facial stitching is intact and the eyes are secure. Both the ear tag and button are original and well-preserved. No visible staining, tears, or repairs are present.
