Description
A pair of decorative ornaments fashioned in the form of Victorian high-button boots. Each piece is constructed from cast metal with a polished brass finish, featuring copper-toned decorative overlays on the front sections representing the buttoned vamp. The boots are set upon integral rectangular plinth bases with rounded corners. The reverse of each ornament displays a hollow, rough-textured sand-cast finish. No maker’s marks or signatures are present.

Condition report:
The items are in good vintage condition with surface tarnishing and oxidation visible, particularly in recessed areas. There are light surface scratches and minor pitting across the polished brass finish. The reverse sides exhibit a rough, unfinished casting texture as manufactured. No visible breaks, cracks, or repairs are noted.
