Description
An assortment of eleven vintage and modern tobacciana items and advertising ashtrays, constructed from various materials including brass, copper-toned metal, silver-toned metal, rubber, glass, and composite.
The collection includes:
– Cohiba brand cigar ashtray: A large, black, boat-shaped vessel made of composite material, featuring a central yellow and checkered label printed with COHIBA and La Habana, Cuba.
– Firestone promotional tyre ashtray: A miniature rubber tyre marked FIRESTONE DELUXE CHAMPION and 6.00-16, containing a clear glass bowl insert.
– Moreland’s England’s Glory advertising tray: A small circular brass tray with a central inset portrait of King Edward VII on a blue background, inscribed MORELAND’S ENGLAND’S GLORY MATCHES.
– Betty Boop ashtray: A small clear and pink glass ashtray housed in its original black cardboard box printed with BETTY BOOP.
– Sydney Harbour Bridge souvenir ashtray: A circular copper-toned metal dish with a central relief of the bridge and Australian motifs including a kangaroo and emu on the rim.

Condition report:
The items exhibit varied condition consistent with age and practical use. The Moreland\'s tray shows significant wear and loss to the central transfer decoration. Metal components display varying degrees of tarnishing, surface scratches, and oxidation. The rubber tyre exhibits some surface bloom and dust. The Cohiba ashtray and boxed Betty Boop item appear in good used condition with minor surface marks. Glass inserts are intact with no visible cracks or major chips.
