Description
A Silver band ring featuring a polished exterior surface etched with repetitive circular emblems. The decoration depicts the front and back motifs of the Medal of Saint Benedict in alternating sequence. One emblem shows the figure of Saint Benedict holding a cross and his Rule, while the adjacent emblem depicts the Saint Benedict Cross surrounded by initials representing a Latin prayer of exorcism. The band is constructed with a flat interior and straight edges, finished with a high-shine polish. The recessed areas of the iconography are finished with a black filler to enhance the detail of the engravings.

Band Width: 8mm.
Condition report:
The ring shows signs of light wear consistent with use. There are fine surface scratches and minor abrasions visible on the polished exterior (photo 1). The black filler in the recessed engravings shows minor unevenness and fading in several of the circular emblems (photo 3). No structural damage or distortions to the band are visible.
