Description

A collection of die-cast agricultural and military models comprising various tractors, heavy machinery, and field equipment. The agricultural selection features a blue Ford 5000 tractor fitted with a yellow rear-mounted excavation arm, showing the characters FORD 5000 on the hood. A red and silver Massey Ferguson 65 tractor is included, featuring a yellow side-mounted mower and the characters MASSEY FERGUSON 65 visible on the engine casing. Other models include a red Massey Ferguson tractor with a plastic driver figure, an International Harvester B-275 tractor with a yellow front-loading bucket, and a red McCormick International tractor with yellow wheels. A heavy-set green road roller with a canopy and red-painted wheel interiors is also present. The military equipment includes a large olive-drab field gun with split trails, marked with the characters 21751413, and two smaller field guns in green and black finishes. Two tanks are present: a green AMX tank with a rotating turret and commander figure, and a low-profile Centurion tank. The utility vehicles include a green and silver breakdown crane truck with DINKY SERVICE partially visible on the side of the rear bed.

Condition report:

The collection shows extensive signs of play wear across all pieces. There is significant paint chipping and loss to the factory finishes, most notably on the red tractors and the breakdown truck (photo 1). Surface oxidation and rust are visible on the metal axles, the breakdown truck cab, and the excavation arm (photo 2). Several models exhibit missing or broken components, including detached hydraulic hoses on the Ford backhoe (photo 3) and a missing exhaust pipe on the Massey Ferguson 65. The rubber tyres on multiple vehicles show signs of perishing, flattening, and age-related hardening (photo 4). The military gun trails show paint wear at the articulation points.
