Description
A pair of vintage radio headphones constructed with black circular earcups mounted on a flat spring metal headband. The headset features a vertical adjustment mechanism utilizing sliding metal rods finished with red plastic tips. Each earpiece is composed of a black plastic housing with a perforated face. The reverse of the earpieces is embossed with the text S.G. BROWN LTD TYPE F MADE IN WATFORD ENGLAND. The components are linked by grey plastic-coated wiring which terminates in a proprietary grey two-prong plug. A circular grey plastic junction box is present along the lead, featuring a moulded circular logo.

Condition report:
The headphones are in good vintage condition showing signs of age. The metal headband exhibits light surface oxidation and wear (photo 1). The black plastic earcups display minor surface scratches but remain free of cracks (photo 3). The wiring insulation is intact throughout, although it shows some surface dirt and stiffness consistent with age (photo 2). Both red plastic adjustment tips are present and undamaged (photo 4). The item is untested for electronic functionality.
